WaterJet
Our computer numerically controlled (CNC) Waterjet facility provides you the opportunity to create; any part can be custom made by our Waterjet cutting system. As an environmentally friendly process our CNC Waterjet cutting system offers you cutting accuracy, quality, and an incomparable finished product. Pure water is combined with garnet, a fine sand, to provide a low impact, a low heat, and a low stress cut. This gives the Waterjet the advantage over traditional cutting systems, such as plasma and laser techniques that leave a heat affected zone (HAZ). Water combined with the garnet mixture is pressurized up to 60,0000 PSI and is then propelled in a stream at speeds of up to 510.44 m/s. This gives the Waterjet an edge in superior cutting. Your projects challenge us to provide an advanced product and you will be pleased with the exceptional results the CNC Waterjet cutting system provides.

CAD Design
If you can think of it, we can help you create it. Our CAD designers will take any idea and work with you to make it a reality. Images and drawings can be entered into our CAD program where they are rendered and sent down to our shop floor for production. From a butterfly to a large boat, our CAD programmers are up to your challenge.
